I neglected to celebrate the 94th birthday last weekend of the magnificent Olivia De Havilland!
A goddess of the silver screen, she (and her estranged sister Joan Fontaine, also still alive at the age of 92) has seen it all - she dallied with Errol Flynn, starred in Gone With The Wind, battled the studio system and won, married the Paris Match editor Pierre Galante and won an Oscar (later then her sister, which caused the notorious 60-year rift).
And she got to slap Bette Davis!
