It's Not Over Yet, apparently. For her career, unfortunately, it was.

I bought the album on CD a couple of weeks ago - never heard it and still haven't listened to it. In fact, I don't remember hearing any of the follow up singles. But I love Paul Oakenfold, who produced the songs, so it might be a decent album... And I still adore this song!
ReplyDeleteI've been doing some digging: apparently the vocals on this were by a Miss Patti Low (who nowadays has her own showbiz agency, and does -ahem - tributes to Abba and Kylie). By the time the album was released, Mr Oakenfold had replaced her with a Miss Dominique Atkins, who was a jazz singer but has apparently apparently retired. Paul Oakenfold's career, as far as I am aware, continues :-)
