Hello, my love, it's getting cold on this island

A view up my back passage

We have had a fab day - well, an afternoon, really, after I managed to get a lie-in - pottering in the garden, dodging the rain showers, putting a new cover on the (polythene) greenhouse in preparation for anything winter may throw at us. Magnifique!

    1. We've worked very hard to get things to come to fruition as they have - and it's always good to have admirers of our stems and passages at our age, dear! Jx

  2. I see you've got Black-Eyed Susan up your back passage. And lovely she's looking too! She's looking a little worse for wear at mine - I keep forgetting to keep her supplied with drink! Poor love's stuck in the window box out the front...

    1. Susan's done us proud. She's had a bit of a time of it with the winds - but "she gets knocked down, and she gets up again"! Jx

  3. Between you and Mr. DeVice, I`m convinced England has the loveliest back passages.
