Unfortunately but me being away this weekend, I missed a whole weekend marathon of movies that all star Marilyn Monroe. I only caught one.. and that was last night.. Niagara
ReplyDeleteNiagara is quite a grim film in Marilyn's repertoire, although her screen presence in it did make her a "sex symbol", and Warhol used an image from this film for his famous screen-prints of her. Jx

That gathering in Palm Springs (more than a 1000 people) set a new Guinness World Record for the largest gathering of people dressed as Marilyn Monroe! Who knew there was such a record to be broken? Jx
