Yet again, my first week back after a fortnight away has been torturous. Hey ho, just a few hours to go - and we have a sunny Bank Holiday weekend to look forward to [for a change].
Time indeed for a(nother) party - and, since it was Mama Cher's (gulp) 80th birthday this week, who better to kick off proceedings, as only she knows how?

This week has been a struggle: a) because I have so many projects on the go at once, all with competing priorities, and b) because I wasn't in the mood for any of them! Still, Euromillions tonight...

I agree!!!! I have an almost full today...then off to the seaside with the clan and not back to work till Thursday. I hope I can handle a two-day work week. We have all said to it's going to be all Cher music for the weekend!
ReplyDeleteThat's a hell of a trip to the seaside, dear! When I was a kid, it was a load of flap and arguing, then all into the car, a long journey with more arguing, traffic queues at Barry Island and the endless chore of finding a parking space, a day making sandcastles by what may well have been a sewer outlet, then pile into the car again and do the whole thing once more, but in reverse. Happy days. Ish. Jx
