Yes, at the end of this rather dismal (weather-wise) extra week off after our Spain trip, it also happens to be Friday the Thirteenth, the bad luck day [if you believe in all that sort of stuff]!

In years to come when my brain turns to mush (well, turns mushier), I suspect that the Gravitonas / Empire of the Sun mass debate will be one of the very few things that I remember and witter on about, confusing anyone who's silly enogh to engage me in conversation!
DeleteI am a bit like that - I can walk into the kitchen and have absolutely no idea what I went there for, and yet I can recite, word-for-word, most of Victoria Wood's sketches, or remember who knocked Wet Wet Wet’s "Love Is All Around" off the top of the charts in 1994 (it was Whigfield "Saturday Night", if you're curious)! Jx
DeleteI too am now most of the day through and had no idea what day it was until coming here to your post! I suppose in some ways I can be oddly superstitious, but Friday the 13th has always tended to be a good day for me.
