El ritmo de la noche, sounds of fiesta

By the time you read this, dear reader - if ever you do, given yesterday's debacle - we should (hopefully) be just about landing in Malaga for another week of hedonism...

Here's a little variation on our usual theme of Vamos a la Playa to keep you entertained:

"Normal" service will be resumed, with any luck, in a week's time...

  1. I hope you’re enjoying some warmth and sunshine. Not a perfect day, but not bad considering... well... London. Do you get to Torremolinos when you’re here?

    1. We had fabulous weather, all told - a couple of grey mornings (which mean little to me, as I don't surface before about 11am), but brilliant sunshine every day! It rained while we were at the airport yesterday, but that was the first we saw all week.

Torremolinos? Practically every night was spent in La Nogilera (as usual), my dear - we may be old, but we still like to burn the candle at both ends! 😍

  2. Happy holidays, Jon! I hope your weather is at least as good as it is here on the North Norfolk coast - it was supposed to be a bit overcast today, but it's been nothing but sunshine! x

    1. Ahem. I believe the Costa del Sol might be a tad warmer than North Norfolk... Jx

    2. Maybe just a tad...
It certainly would be today - it's flippin' freezing here (and the North wind isn't helping).

    3. Imagine how we feel, coming from temperatures in the mid to high 20sC to this, a mere thirteen degrees - and single figures at night! My gorgeous tan is fading as we speak... Jx

  3. Lucky bugger, it’s pissing down here and flipping cold!
We had that sunshine yesterday, Mr Devine. I imagine you will have this rain tomorrow.

    1. It may be a while away yet before we're on the Costa again, but we have tans and happy memories to sustain us. Jx

  8. Yay, Jon has a new post up!
Sorry, Jon, due to the Blog Roll failures Mr Devine created a new method of informing people of new posts by telling people via the tick box comments.
