It's Dame Angela Lansbury's 93rd birthday today!

All hail.

And to celebrate, here is our Patron Saint of theatrical perfection herself live in 2003, in the company of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir:

    That rendition of "Beauty and the Beast" gave me quite an exquisite chill! She's still got it.

    But 93? Seems just like yesterday she was wearing the ribbed turtlenecks in Murder, She Wrote.

      "Treguna Mekoides Trecorum Satis Dee" - a spell I used to try, to no avail, to bring my toys to life when I was a kid. Angela Lansbury could manage it, why not me? Jx
