Esto no es amor, esto es cursi

It may be the start of another week, but I don't give a stuff - I'm still on holiday!

Of course, although we are back in the grizzly, grey and damp UK, my mind is still back in Spain - and on this Tacky Music Monday, very much in the cheesy world of 1970s Spanish TV...

...a world where girls with ill-fitting wigs, jumpsuits that appear to have been put on backwards, and little discernible talent were wildly popular - just like the bimbos of Acuario!

Have a good week, dear reader. Hope you're singing along!

  1. Charlie’s Angels (as much talent as a couple of the TV originals). Oh, wait, Los Angeles de Carlos.

  2. Well, I certainly don't recall Barabra Mandrell and her sisters doing this act! What would the Grand Ole Opry say?!?!?

    1. A show that is sponsored by a homophobic, racist and sexist restaurant and store chain? I reckon they'd approve three white girls jiggling their stuff. Jx

PS I think one of these girls is wearing one of Miss Mandrell's cast-off wigs...

    1. We were stunned how much it had grown in just a week while we were away - a jungle, indeed! [Although obviously nothing like yours...] Jx
