Summer in motion?

Sigh. Back to the office again...

After a lovely weekend spent almost entirely outdoors, it's time to get back to that desk-bound existence again.

Never mind, eh? We've just booked our flights for our pilgrimage to Amsterdam in August - and we'll be there for the 750th anniversary of the founding of our fave city [NB we booked our hotel two years in advance because accommodation would be rarer than hen's teeth during such a momentous event] - so there's much to look forward to!

Given the fact we're at the start of the month, on this Tacky Music Monday I think this bizarre offering from one of the Low Countries' [they originated in Belgium, but became famous in the Netherlands] - ahem - finest groups is most appropriate indeed...

Those outfits!

There's tacky music shows - and then there's Dutch tacky music shows!! A mindfuck.

Have a good week, dear reader...

  1. Is that your office? So modern! That has got to be one of the tackiest videos for Tacky Music Monday. Those outfits. That choreography. Those hairdos. That song!

    1. It's perfect! The excesses of the 1970s at their worst.

I'd place it in the "so bad, it's good" category were the song not so dreadful... Jx

  4. It is always a close call to whether Spain or the Dutch has the tackiest of tacky music.
Case proved; The Netherlands win the title; well this week anyway.

    1. They have the edge this time around - but I am certain there will be loads more to come from the vaults of Spanish (and Italian) TV that we have yet to discover..! Jx
