    Does this mean that I can eat the entire Black Forest gateau and not put on an ounce as long as I give myself a good scrub down afterwards? How fortunate that tonight is bath night!

      Don't get the two mixed up otherwise you'll be frothing at the mouth and the bath will look like a sewer outlet. Jx
