The party's just begun yeah, yeah yeah yeah
The extensive gardens here at Dolores Delargo Towers are bloomin' lovely!
It's been another utterly glorious, baking hot day in London - and, of course, I have spent every waking hour outside basking in it. I've finished the main bits of the decoration on my Pride hat (but there's always room for more; quoth Queen Madge: "More is better than nothing, true, but nothing's better than more, more, more!"), and it will look completely OTT, believe me!
The "official countdown" to next Saturday's "Gay Xmas" has begun...
BBC Radio 2 has spent the weekend in Ibiza, and its non-stop dance'n'chill playlist has formed the backdrop to all my outdoor endeavours today. So, how about we visit a summer classic that fits that vibe, and get ourselves limbered up for some - um - "Big Fun"?
Love it!
Now, chill...

Have a great time! We are still in recovery from our pride festivities. Barely in recovery.
ReplyDeleteThe new gardens look fabulous! It was a cooker here today too.
It was just as hot today - lord help us if it's like this when we are all suited-and-booted with splendid hats next week... Jx
DeleteWow! Your new extensive gardens are FULL! How lovely it must be to potter around them (when not constructing a hat gayer than Barbara Cartland's Bakelite Cows Bowel) - I'm envious.
ReplyDeleteConsidering we moved in the throes of The Big Freeze in January, which lasted through to March, we've managed to make it into something quite special in a relatively short period of time. We're just amazed how much survived, and has continued to do so, in pots... Jx
DeleteAbso-bloomin-lutely beautiful.
ReplyDeleteMine all wilted in the heat yesterday but a major thunder storm revived them.
The watering regime here is a rather labour-intensive exercise - at least it was until I managed to unstick our sash window in the kitchen last week, so now we can finally use the hose! Jx
