A little coterie of "our gang" is heading off to the Open Air Theatre in Regent's Park this evening for a big-screen cinematic showing of the brilliant Moulin Rouge - to mark the film's (gulp!) 20th anniversary.
Oh, yes, twenty years old - like Shrek, Wikipedia, Harry Potter, the iPod, Atomic Kitten's Whole Again and, of course, Kylie's Can't Get You Out Of My Head... Jx
It is tipping it down here - and has been since the early hours. I'll try and keep the rain here so that it doesn't spoil your evening. As thanks, you can send me Ewan McGregor when he's finished there.
P.S. I agree with Madam A: surely that 20 is a typo?
You might get lucky - no rain here as it cleared in the early hours, so hopefully it'll clear your end by tonight - which sounds rather odd! Have a great time! I'm ignoring the 20 years that have flashed by. Sx

We were very lucky - it didn't rain until right at the very closing scenes, by which time everyone's faces were wet with tears so it didn't matter. Jx
