...and, for the first time in weeks, a weekend in which I have no plans - so maybe I might turn my attention to the poor, bedraggled garden!

DeleteIt's when I go on a nostalgia kick back to the 1970s that we start to realise quite how old we are - and that the halcyon days of Disco (this choon's progenitor) are further away in time from us today than they themselves were from the rise of Hitler. Jx

PS I felt an enormous sense of satisfaction clearing that crud from the garden. I hate looking out and seeing hardly anything but death! Of course, there's loads more yet to do...
