A sense of expectation hangin' in the air

The weekend is just around the corner - and we're off tonight (thanks to joint birthday/Xmas gifts from the Swedish super-group's #1 fan John-John) to see the much-vaunted ABBA Voyage virtual concert in its glittering purpose-built arena in Stratford.

Can't wait!!

Here's a fave number from the (real) legends themselves; a perfect way to celebrate the end of another tedious week - and Thank Disco It's Friday!

Have a great weekend, dear reader!

  1. Aha! This will be playing in my head at the gym! Maybe I should just play Abba on my iPhone today. Agnetha Faltskog looks naked in part of that video. Aha! (Curse you.)

  2. That dance will be me at the stroke of Noon. I have a half day since my hours are in for the week. Two friends have seen the ABBA concert and said it is incredible. You can even tell their avatars they said.

Are your platform shoes dusted off and polyester pants pressed?

  3. I would love to go but a centre parting with Farrah Fawcett flicks wouldn't suit me, I can tell you that for nothing. I suppose I could wear a fedora like Frida did in the Money Money Money video, but then again who would want to be Frida?

    Hope you enjoy the show.

    1. You could always wear a sequinned beanie hat like she did at Eurovision in 1974 - covers up no end of bad hair problems. Jx
