Bloody Dido! Well, more specifically, my bloody housemate at the time (22 years ago? Crikey!) who loved Dido's music so much that she played the album over and over and over until I went so crazy that I turned her into a newt. My housemate, not Dido. But just like John Cleese, she got better.

DeleteI agree - she was somewhat over-played around the time Sliding Doors was in the cinemas - and let's not even mention that blond bigot Eminem's sample of this song. However, much like her equivalent of a decade earlier Sade, the music does stand the test of time. Jx
