An EDM recipe

My kind of cookery!

Rylan just played a really catchy choon from 2018 on his Radio 2 show. I have heard it before, but I have always thought it sounded like something else - and that "something else" always eluded me. Now, with a little research, I think I may have solved it...

...take a pinch of this...

...and a dollop of this...

...and you end up with this!

A delicious recipe, indeed.

  1. Oh, yes! I hear it too! Well done for finding the 'something elses' - it drives me crackers when I hear something similar to something else but can't think of the 'something else'.

    1. Me, too - and even with this "recipe" I have this gnawing feeling that there is "something else" missing from it... Jx

  2. It is a very catchy little choon, and as Inexplicable said, good on you for tracking its lineage down. I've always loved Insomnia, with its spooky echo-y arrangements.

No no, no no no no, no no no no
      No no they've no talent!

  4. Oh crikey, yes, I still believe Europa has sampled something from the late eighties. I know it - something from my clubbing days. Something I heard a lot in Ibiza.
