I love summer!!!! We have at least till the end of October with warm weather yet.
ReplyDeleteI love summer, too, but so far this year we've had some nice weather in June, and a couple of weeks in August, but Spring was horrid and most of the summer was grey and miserable... Jx

DeleteIt's currently 22˚ here. Going up to 28 today. It's a relief (that I'll be complaining about in a few weeks). That's the most beautiful back passage I've ever seen.

ReplyDeleteOh, the summer's been great for the plants - grey, damp weather suits most things we grow (although the cold Spring temperatures meant everything was a few weeks behind this year). Nothing except the pelargoniums really enjoyed last year's sizzling temperatures.

I must admit, I've rather liked this summer as I don't like the heat or too much sun, so all the big, puffy clouds and restrained temps have been welcome. There has been rather too much rain at times though (even if it mostly fell at night in these parts).

I like sun and warmth when it's supposed to be sunny and warm (i.e. May, June, July and August), but I'll take a hot, sunny week in September if that's on offer! Jx
