TFFT. Another frustrating and stressful working week staggers slowly to its conclusion - and we need to get the celebrations off to a flying start!

I'm ready!!! It was a grueling week. And we have very nice sunny, WARM weather to look forward too. I'll be in the garden cleaning up after winter's ravages.
ReplyDeleteWe've had bouts of dry enough weather on a few weekends lately to get such things out of the way as clearing the leaf-clag that was covering everything and pruning old wood from the shrubs. I call that process "banishing death".
DeleteThis weekend I'm hoping it may stay dry enough to start the next jobs - sorting out the herbaceous perennials in our pots and troughs (some are trying to nudge others out, and we can't have that!), and doing the first feed of the year...

ReplyDeleteEek! The idea of "our gang" crammed into various lurid shades of Lycra! Those "amusing" animals made out of twisted balloons (a la children's parties) comes to mind. Jx
