I got somethin' you need, oh yeah

[Thanks Mitchell, for the image]

After another day pottering in the extensive gardens here at Dolores Delargo Towers yesterday - another hardy geranium ("Rozanne") split into chunks and repotted individually in preparation for filling a big trough with them, and another bin bag filled with old wormy compost, prunings and clag - today's a lot cooler and there's a threat of rain. I'm going to brave the elements and try and move on a few smaller plants that are straining out of their pots, and that'll be it, methinks.

Therapeutic stuff for a Sunday - and here's another little something from our "house band" that I feel suitable to accompany my efforts. Van Halen as you never heard them before!

Superb. All hail Postmodern Jukebox!

  1. Cold today in comparison with yesterday - looks like drizzle on the horizon.
Time to stay indoors and listen to the jukebox!

    1. It started raining while I was repotting, but I managed to get eight baby ferns moved on into bigger pots before I was forced indoors! All the other jobs will just have to wait. Jx

  2. I just loved loved loved this Postmodern!!!!

Meanwhile, I sure my neighbors must love my windchimes. Granted they are demure sounding, not like hearing 30ft wide tubes chiming.

  3. Seems the gardening bug is everywhere, sweetpea! (as is my supervising role with my live-in gardener) We're in the middle of our typical Southern California Spring - warm weather, overcast skies, rain, hot temps all in 3 days! xoxo

  4. I recently watched Carol Klein doing something interesting with her Rozanne. Then later on we saw her sat on a bench stroking her Fi-Fi.
