The season cometh

An impressive visitor to the extensive gardens here at Dolores Delargo Towers - a Southern Hawker dragonfly, apparently.

You know it truly is high summer when the music festival season is at its height, Wimbledon's on the telly and the Proms season is about to kick off.

We, of course, are counting down to Pride - and the sun continues to shine. Yay!

Perfect conditions, really, for blond gay chickens to throw off some clothing and go cruising...

My, my, indeed!

Somebody hose me down...

    1. At the moment, our petunias, stocks (Virginia and night-scented) and pinks are all smelling delightful - and there are several fat buds on the lilies so they'll drown everything else out before too long... I don't care about the sport - we just record nice things like the Hampton Court Flower Show to watch. Jx

    1. Brugmansia, in what I assume is what passes for "winter" there in the tropics? Jx

    2. Ooh, thanks for the reminder. I got so caught up in Drag Klingons that I almost forgot the map!

  5. Chicken? He looks like he's just hatched! Still, it's a fab track, so I might just listen to it again.
Oh, and I noticed that at one point, he's wearing a pair of ripped-knee non-skinny jeans - I have a pair just like them! Although, I suspect his didn't get that way from a lot of wear-and-tear...

    Splendid Hawker, btw!

    1. I imagine his jeans are about a 26" waist, which is something that is a very dim and distant memory for me. Jx
