Oh! The relief...
I have finally had my hair cut - the first time in five long, long months!
Because I am in such an ecstatic frame of mind, how about an old favourite from an appropriately-named band to whip up the mood a bit more?!
I am filthy. And I'm gorgeous.
Well, you could have borrowed some of my wigs. Granted, some are as high as those dryer helmets.....
ReplyDeleteI've gone for the Jean Seberg gamine look, rather than the full Farrah Fawcett, but thanks for the offer, Pam! Jx
DeleteI've gone for the Dame Judi/spring mutton look.
ReplyDeleteWell, if it's good enough for Dame Judi..! Jx
DeleteAdore Scissor Sisters... I just came across their CD the other day and it is on a pile to be listened to in the next few weeks. It has their Comfortably Numb on it, too, if I remember correctly. Simply adore them. I wish I had hair to care about... but, no. You don't keep what you don't use well and when I had hair? I was clueless. Glad you are feeling more yourself. Fashion walk? Please.
ReplyDeleteMy first foray of the season is scheduled to be Polari gay literary salon in Heaven nightclub on 19th May, but now we in the UK are well on the path to re-opening, who knows when the next "photo-opportunity" may arise? Jx
DeletePS love Scissor Sisters! Click the label/tag at the foot of the post for more...

DeleteYou have to watch, when and where the paparazzi are. There sneaky bastards.
Congrats on the haircut!! Still waiting to hear back from my hairdresser. Tut.

I'm sure if you turned up at her door first thing in the morning looking like Gail Platt-Potter-Tilsley-Rodwell-Hillman-McIntyre, she'd take pity on you and plonk you straight in the chair! Jx
DeleteIt has been ages since I've watched that I had almost forgotten just how fab it is.
ReplyDeleteScissor Sisters were utter genius! Jx
