Hers was an unenviable life - yet some of the people paying tribute to her recalled what a sense of humour and mischief she had, despite everything. What a loss she is. Jx
I remember when she went on the Graham Norton show and used it to phone her nephew up to and wish him luck in the all-Ireland Young Scientist competition.

Had she done nothing more than Lion And Cobra... I would still think she's awesome. As is? Her legacy is a sad one... mental illness and drug dependency strung out and paraded about for the masses.
I only just now heard. I too was shocked. What an unusual voice styling she had. I guess now one more. Will it be Madonna?
