Happy Hallowe'en, dear reader! The night of witches, bitches and ghosts with goolies.
It's all bollocks, of course - but at least it gives me a chance to play a bit of spooky music - like this old fave from the vaults...
However, there's one tradition I always uphold at this time of year...
...it's time for the clip that scares my dear sister witless, every time:
{{{evil cackle}}}
I always find this clip funny with Count Yorga strangling his victim without putting his hands around his neck, and then walking away without drawing any blood.
ReplyDeleteCount Yorga (and its sequel) was - probably unintentionally - highly amusing.
DeleteEven so, this clip (and my frequent real-life impressions of it) still scares my sister to death! Which is even more hilarious 🤣 Jx
I just love the look on the Count's face as he's turning away at the end. Kind of like "oh, that was mildly entertaining, but not worth pausing Poirot for."
ReplyDeleteHa! Exactly that. Jx
DeleteI'd put Poirot on repeat!
DeleteVampire-strangling vs Belgian moustache-waxing - on a loop!! Jx
DeleteBloody Count Yorga 🤬
ReplyDeleteBloody is the word...
DeleteIt had to be done!! 🤣🤣🤣 Jx
Hope you have recovered Hils xxx
ReplyDeleteLove the first video and wanted to play it the other day. I had no idea what it was called or who recorded it so had no idea of how to find it in the vast archives here at Delargo Towers.
Thank you.
You're welcome, dear! Jx
